No referral is needed to see us. Just tell us which plan you have.

Which AHCCCS plans do you take?

Banner-University Family Care and the American Indian Health Program. If you have a different AHCCCS plan, send us a note anyway and we will tell you your options.

Will I be charged anything?

No. AHCCCS members are not charged copays or missed-appointment fees. We do ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule so someone else can use the time.

Do you see children on AHCCCS?

Yes. Kids, teens, and adults. A parent or guardian joins visits for anyone under 18.

What do I need for a video visit?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a private place to talk. We send the link before your visit.
